ICF International seeks a project manager to work in our social services and community development practices in the field of international terrorism, a victim of the reimbursement program (ITVERP). This position is to our clients in the north-west of Washington, DC.
The project manager will be responsible for processing incoming compensation for the victims of the applications development and maintenance of victims of the database, collecting victim inspection of the goods, if the current management services, including monitoring the case, mail information, collect information and develop ITVERP annual report to Congress, as well as other assistance to victims of international terrorism.
Obligations may also include, but are not limited to specific recommendations for compensation of victims of the recommendation (s) written report of the Director of the Office for Victims of Crimes.
The successful candidate must have experience in the following areas:
• Services
• Compensation for victims
• response to the victims, their families and victims of terrorism and mass casualties

The position requires a bachelor degree or in the social sciences. Project Director should have 8-10 years experience. We are seeking a Senior Associate to help lead and manage Behavior Change Communication (BCC) strategies in a variety of global and bilateral projects throughout the developing world. Senior Associates have annual revenue goals that can range from $1-3 million.

Responsibilities would include:

• Applying BCC skills to solve public health problems in areas such as reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and avian influenza (40%)
• Managing procurements for research, advertising and promotion services (20%)
• Managing project budgets and deliverables (10%)

Skills Required:

• Ability to apply BCC principles to areas beyond public health
• Proven track record designing, implementing and evaluating behavior change strategies in developing country settings using mass media, community level channels and interpersonal communication. Information communication and technology expertise [e.g. handheld devices, web-based channels] preferred
• Ability to conduct BCC needs assessments, contract with support agencies such as research companies and advertising agencies, coordinate BCC plans/ strategies with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working/living in developing country environments; Africa and Asia experience preferred

All the requirements to Teach like the stationery, the notebook and the textbook for the teacher's escort was provided by the school. The Gratis Ibu Pertiwi JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL stood since last year. Our school had him headquarters to a JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL negeri that is SMPN 67 in Manggarai, Southern Jakarta. The founding of our school was not funded by the government, the party or any NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION. Uptil now the operational cost was obtained by us from people who cared about our activity. Participants educated us was the graduate of the PRIMARY SCHOOL that was not accepted in the JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL negeri and was not able to enter private enterprise's cheapest JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL even. During this new academic year (2008 - 2009) we have had 2 classes that is the class 7 and the class 8. And linked we did not have the other place apart from the house terrace, then (Study and Teach Activity or KBM) the class 7 took place from 07.00 - 12,00 and the class 8 from 13.00 - 17,30, in the same place. It was big that our hope was friends and re-chance that was interested gathering with us for the sake of basic education of Indonesian children that marginaled. Or possibly friends and prepared re-chance look for the volunteer's power for our school. The KBM will be begun early August 2008. At this time new students was do really the introduction with the school environment, class older brothers and several teachers.

Adapun syarat untuk menjadi relawan di sekolah kami adalah:

Bukan perokok/peminum
Bersedia mengajar tanpa bayaran (tidak ada honor/uang transport)
Bersedia mengajar 2 x 40 menit, seminggu sekali di hari kerja (Senin -
Jumat) antara jam 07.00 s/d 12.00
Khusus untuk guru olahraga, mengajar di hari Senin jam 10.00 s/d 14.00

Segala kebutuhan untuk Mengajar seperti alat tulis, buku tulis dan
buku teks untuk panduan guru disediakan oleh sekolah.

SMP Gratis Ibu Pertiwi berdiri sejak tahun lalu. Sekolah kami
menginduk ke sebuah SMP negri yaitu SMPN 67 di Manggarai, Jakarta
Selatan. Pendirian sekolah kami tidak didanai oleh pemerintah, partai
atau LSM manapun. Selama ini biaya operasional kami dapatkan dari
orang-orang yang peduli dengan kegiatan kami.

Peserta didik kami adalah lulusan SD yang tidak diterima di SMP negri
dan tidak mampu untuk masuk ke SMP swasta yang termurah sekalipun.

Untuk tahun ajaran baru ini (2008 - 2009) kami sudah mempunyai 2 kelas
yaitu kelas 7 dan kelas 8. Dan berhubung kami tidak mempunyai tempat
lain selain teras rumah, maka KBM kelas 7 berlangsung dari jam 07.00 -
12.00 dan kelas 8 dari jam 13.00 - 17.30, di tempat yang sama.

Besar harapan kami ada temans dan rekans yang tertarik bergabung
bersama kami demi pendidikan dasar anak-anak Indonesia yang
termarjinalkan. Atau mungkin temans dan rekans bersedia mencarikan
tenaga relawan untuk sekolah kami. Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar akan
dimulai awal Agustus 2008. Saat ini siswa-siswa baru sedang melakukan
masa perkenalan dengan lingkungan sekolah, kakak-kakak kelas dan
beberapa guru.
